Crevis 3

Hello everyone!

I am excited to announce the latest iteration of Crevis! For the past few years, I have been working on Crevis 2.0 and finally have decided to switch gears in favor of a full rewrite; Crevis 3.0.  Today, I laid the ground work for what is to come, which I can assure will be exciting.

Planned features:
  • Improved and flexible inventory system
  • Raw textures (no dilation)
  • Revamped world generation
  • Revamped block system
  • Armor system
  • Completely new crafting system
  • Revamped camera
  • Parallax
  • CE Power system
  • CE-powered machines
  • Automation
  • And much, much more!
The features that I have completed today are:
  • Player
  • Blocks
  • Raw textures
  • Camera
For this new iteration of Crevis, I'm going to be taking old assets and implementing them into this version. Examples of assets include:
  • Spare bits of code
  • Textures
Everything else, however, is being re-done at an astounding pace!

I hope to bring another update tomorrow.
