For the past few days, I've been working on the content - I haven't posted much because I want to post when I have a significant amount of progress. Yesterday, however, GameMaker 2 was announced, and it looks great.
GameMaker 2 is much more efficient than GameMaker 1.4, and seems to me like I can double the amount of progress done every day, which is awesome.
Crevis should be done in January or February of 2017.
